"This is soooo different. It's hard for me to wrap my head around the concept, after a decade of Xfit at least 3 days a week to keep my strength, balance, and weight in check. Xfit worked but it did not leave time for bike riding, skiing, and a dozen or so other fun excursions I enjoy doing during the week. Now I'm building strength on Monday morning and the rest of the week I'm playing doing everything else. A big plus the thigh machine seems to have fixed my chronic hip pain. Go Figure. The only issue is, it's hard to pick which of my favorite activities to do the rest of the week, I've never been able to do them all in one week. So Different." T Gold - 61 years and counting.
